Waffles for breakfast. There are few things quite as exciting as a weekend brunch of waffles, drizzled and loaded with all your favourite things.
I’m really advocating eating breakfast at the moment. You’ve probably read before that it’s something I’ve always struggled with and eating regularly in generally, I’m much more pre-set to eat one large meal at dinner time.

Breakfast is definitely the meal I struggle with the most. I’ve never been a regular breakfast eater and would be more likely to skip straight to lunch or have brunch instead.
So we’ve passed the half way mark of January. This is the time when the January detox motivation often starts to slip and cheat days are becoming more and more common.
