I’ve successfully veganized a cream scone recipe by using full fat canned coconut milk or a soya cream, dairy free margarine and Ener-G egg replacer for the eggs. I will try this with your recipe as it has reminded me how good fresh summer strawberries and scones are! Poppy 🙂
